Dear Parents,
The RBSE Society while planning for new school at Noida re-examined in depth, its vision for its institutions.
In this examination, we have asked ourselves a few salient questions. Should education be restrictive, rigid, competitive, curriculum based, dry, and examination oriented? Do we have to confuse teaching with learning, high marks with good education, certificates with compentence,fear with obedience,regemination with discipline and freedom with the license for social irresponsibility? Shouldn’t we change learning for the sake of examinations alone to one of learning for the sake of its value to the lives of the people and the integrity of the nation? Is our education socially relevant to meet the future needs of our fast changing times?
We realized how difficult it is to find satisfactory answers to all these ideals .Then we also know, as in the saying, Ideals’ are like stars. We never reach them, but like the mariners on the sea, we can chart our course by them’.
Hence we decided to ‘Try to’, if not ‘Reach’ the ideals, to create in Noida a ‘School with a difference’.

About The School
The school will be an unaided, English medium co-educational institution, to be expanded in stages and affiliated with the CBSE.
During 2012-13.it is planned to have Nursery, Pre-Primary and Classes I and II and higher classes if adequate parental demand comes forth.
Being started with junior classes only the school will have a 5 day week and the working hours will be from 0800 to 1300 hrs, with the School Office functioning till 1500 hrs.
Infrastructure of Raghav Global School
CURRICULUM & ACADEMIC SYSTEM
Nursery/Pre primary wing will initiate, groom and prepare the children for formal schooling. This section will be equipped with a range of teaching material, audio visual facilities, musical aids , an Activity Room and a play park to aid and enhance the ‘play way’ method of learning ,to make the school a happy place for each child.
The primary classes will provide formal teaching of academic subjects, English, Hindi, Mathematics, and EVS/General Science and Social Science based on the NCERT Syllabus.
In addition students will learn music, art, craft and paper work.Gradually; they will be tough yoga, aerobics and self defense disciplines. Computer classes, General Knowledge and Value Education will be essential components of primary education.
SCHOOL FACILITIES
The school will provides a wide range of sports, games and recreational facilities, picnics and excursions. In addition to the three School Libraries, each class room will have its embedded mini library. The school will have outlets for school uniforms, text books and school stationery. Arrangements will also exist for home assignments to be done in the school itself, guided by teachers.
School Auditorium:
The Auditorium with a capacity of 600, will be a major facility in the school. It will be a most modern auditorium with the full range of light & sound systems, for a variety of activities for the development of the student’s talents.
Computer Aided Learning:
The school will have three Computer laboratories one for each department, which will be equipped with the latest generation of computers nad accessories. In addition, Computer aided learning programmers will be instructed in the school.
SPECIAL ACCENTS IN RGS
While academic excellence and the all round development of the child’s personality are the prime purpose the RGS will pay great accent on other important areas as under:
Discipline:
The school shall in all its range of activities, expect and insist on subjective discipline, as an integral part of character formation.
Value Education:
In a graded manner value education will be imparted in all classes to cover the various aspects in everyday life.
Manners and Awareness:
Though linked to value education, the students will receive special training in these.
Health Awareness:
Special attention will be paid to the children’s health through regular medical examinations and health and hygiene classes. This will include a plan to monitor and avoid obesity.
School Bag weight:
A special scheme has been drawn up to drastically reduce the weight of the school bags through innovative methods.
